Two persons were killed and around six others were injured in an accident at the Mudor traffic area in the Greater Accra Region on Sunday, 13th March 2022.
They were passengers in a Mercedes Benz bus and a Toyota saloon vehicle when they crashed at a traffic intersection.
Onlookers blamed Sunday’s collision on the traffic signals not working.
The deceased were sent to the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital morgue, while the wounded were also taken there for treatment.
The Mercedes Benz was on its way to Accra from the Korle-Bu stretch, while the saloon car was on its way to Korle-Bu.
When the two vehicles arrived at the traffic intersection with the years-old faulty lights, they collided, killing two and injuring six others.
