Finance Minister Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam will present the 2024 Mid-Year Budget Review to Parliament today.
This will be his first budget presentation after becoming Finance Minister in February 2024, as required by Section 28 of the Public Financial Management Act, 2016 (Act 921).
The review will present the House with a report on the execution of the 2024 Budget, as well as amended budgetary goals and an updated Ghanaian economic forecast.

According to a statement issued by the Ministry on July 22, the evaluation will include the first half of the year’s economic and fiscal performance, growth metrics, revenue and expenditure performance, financing, and debt sustainability.
Dr. Amin Adam will also provide a report to Parliament on the $3 billion IMF-supported Post-COVID-19 Programme for Economic Growth (PC-PEG).
