Ghana-based real estate advisory firm, EWELLS Realty and Consultancy, specializing in property sales, leasing, investment advisory, and property management, has officially opened its Cape Coast branch to expand investment and tourism opportunities in the Central Region.
The branch was officially opened on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the TANTRI Providence Insurance premises in Cape Coast. The colourful ceremony brought together traditional leaders, corporate executives, religious leaders, business partners, and community stakeholders to witness what the company described as the beginning of a new chapter for the region.
The expansion reflects EWELLS’ vision of positioning the Central Region as a renowned UNESCO World Heritage forts and castles, beautiful beaches, and rich cultural heritage center; and a leading destination for tourism, real estate investment, and business development.
Speaking at the launch, Chief Executive Officer of EWELLS Realty and Consultancy, Dr. Hanna Atiase, stated that the opening of the Cape Coast office is more than the establishment of a physical branch.
“Cape Coast is not just history. It is the future,” she said. “With our presence here, we are committed to unlocking world-class tourism investments, driving property development, and creating partnerships that will put the Central Region on the global map.”
According to Dr. Atiase, the Cape Coast branch will focus on four key strategic areas: tourism investment, property management, franchising and joint ventures, and diaspora and corporate engagement.
She explained that the company intends to support the development of hotels, resorts, and heritage-related projects to attract both domestic and international visitors while providing professional property management services for residential and commercial clients.
Dr. Atiase further disclosed that EWELLS will work closely with investors through franchising opportunities and joint ventures to accelerate development projects across the region. She also emphasized the company’s commitment to engaging Ghanaians in the diaspora and corporate organizations to encourage investment in the Central Region.
Co-hosting the event, the Real Estate Investment Advisor, Ambassador Clinton, noted that the launch was timely and Central Region presents enormous opportunities for investors seeking authentic cultural experiences and sustainable business ventures.
“This is the moment for Cape Coast,” he stated adding that “Investors are looking for authenticity, culture, and opportunity. EWELLS is bringing all three under one roof.”
Attending the ceremony were several distinguished guests, including the President of the Central Regional House of Chiefs, who offered his royal endorsement and support for the initiative. The new office was officially dedicated by Pastor Zoe Angoman of the BLW Campus Ministry, University of Cape Coast.
The event featured traditional drumming and cultural performances, reflecting the region’s rich heritage, while guests toured the newly opened office designed to combine Ghanaian identity with modern corporate standards.
According to Industry observers, the establishment of the Cape Coast branch comes at a time when tourism continues to recover and investment interest in the Central Region is growing steadily. They note that the region’s heritage sites, coastal attractions, and expanding infrastructure provide significant opportunities for tourism development, hospitality, and real estate investment.
Dr. Atiase extended an invitation to investors, businesses, and Ghanaians living abroad to partner with the company in transforming the Central Region into a major investment destination.
