Maame Dokono, the renowned Ghanaian actress Grace Omaboe, has imparted advice to men, advising them to value and give priority to women who truly show them love and care.
She emphasized that men would “reap what they sow” at a time set by God and warned that those who take such ladies for granted or do not return their love will eventually pay a price for their actions.
“The love affairs and all that, I have passed through all that and if you read my book you will see. There are many lessons you can learn from it. How to live with men.
“Every lady needs to read that book. The men too, you need to read the book and know how to treat a lady well because if you don’t treat them well, it can turn back on you.
“Don’t play hunky-panky with a woman who opens up her heart and shows you love, does everything for you whiles you are doing other things. That one you will actually pay for it,” she said on the Afternoon Show on TV3 which was monitored by Atl Fm, Tuesday, September 3.

Tuesday, July 30 marked the start of Maame Dokono’s 60th anniversary celebrations at Accra’s Silverbird Cinema.
A number of activities, including a health check and the much awaited publication of her autobiography—which is expected to provide an insight into her remarkable career—will be part of the celebration.
Maame Dokono revealed details about her upcoming biography, “The Unforgettable,” as she gets ready to commemorate an incredible 60 years in the film industry with the book’s release on September 7, 2024.
In addition to detailing her personal journey—which includes her previous romances, successful job, and political venture—this open book also provides insightful advice on relationships for both men and women.
The book, which promises an intimate glimpse into Maame Dokono’s life experiences and the wisdom she’s learned along the way, is kindly invited to readers of all genders.
