Atlfm has learned of the death of seasoned broadcaster Godwin Avenorgbor, also referred to as Big Godwin.
August 19, 2024, was his death date. It is unknown at this time what caused the death.
The Grandmaster, as he was lovingly nicknamed, served as the Melcom Group of Companies‘ Director of Communication until his passing.

The short remark “The ‘Grandmaster’ (Godwin Avenorgbor) bows out” was posted on the Ghana Television Facebook page, where Mr. Avenorgbor worked as a presenter. May peace be granted to his kind soul.
