The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has chosen Winneba as the place for the party’s manifesto unveiling for the 2024 general election.
The party will unveil their manifesto on Saturday, August 24, 2024. The event will be held in the “Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Auditorium of the University of Education, Winneba” in the Central Region.
Former President John Dramani Mahama, the party’s flagbearer, will be in attendance as the event’s Special Guest.
Members of the party’s National Executive Committee, members of the Council of Elders, Members of Parliament, parliamentary candidates, and a diverse range of distinguished guests from the diplomatic corps, clergy, “nananom,” civil society organizations, academia, labor organizations, and the creative arts, among others, will be in attendance.

Sammy Gyamfi, the party’s National Communications Officer, stated in a statement that “various speakers will address the nation on thematic areas of the NDC’s transformational vision for resetting and building the Ghana we want.”
He noted that any media outlets planning to send reporters to cover the event should contact the NDC’s National Communications Bureau to obtain the requisite credentials.
