The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has released a statement alerting customers and the general public that the Nuri Kamstrup Prepayment Server would undergo emergency repair this weekend.
The maintenance will begin on Friday, July 12 at 11:00 p.m. and is scheduled to be completed by Sunday, July 14, at 11:00 p.m.
Customers using the Nuri Kamstrup prepayment system are adviced to acquire enough credit to last during the maintenance time to minimize any inconvenience.
The company also apologized for any inconvenience that this necessary repair may create.

The Electricity Company of Ghana wishes to inform our cherished customers and the general public that it will undertake emergency maintenance on the Nuri Kamstrup Prepayment Server.
Date: Friday, 12th July from 11:00 pm to Sunday 14th July, 11:00 pm
All Nuri Kamstrup customers are therefore being advised to purchase enough credit that will last for the period of the downtime.
ECG regrets the inconvenience that will arise as a result of this exercise.
