” I think it is a very good competition. It is beneficial, it helps a lot. It has given me more exposure. Previously it was done in Auditorium 900 (One of the performance auditoriums in UCC) so the venue was restrictive and many people may not come to watch, but now it is being done in the various halls, so it has given us the chance for people to get to know us”.

He also added that by virtue of this new arrangement it has extended his fan base and given him access to a lot of people who have experienced his craft as compared to moments when he was doing his own activity separately without the show.

“Every hall, we go and perform, there are different people who are going to see you for the first time and love your craft and try to be a part of it. Even the finals was held at Adehye, at Old site, so we had a massive crowd made up of three halls and other supporters who came to watch because it was closer to them and they’ve now seen that there is an artiste called Joe Whillie” he explained.
He thus encouraged all who believe in their talent to join Campus Icon Music Reality Show.
