Soho, Marina Mall, was the centre of attraction as football stars and other music lovers got treated to scintillating music by top performances from top musicians like Samini, but the icing was the visit by Sulley Muntari and Laryea Kingston at the Live Konnect.
The former Black Stars players were not the only ones who also enjoyed an arousing welcome, by the teeming crowd.
On Saturday, June 29, 2024, the Live Konnect event featured a stellar performance by Ghanaian reggae and African dancehall icon Samini as former Black Star players, Sulley Muntari and Laryea Kingston went to cheer their Dansoman colleague on.

The high-profile show took place at Soho, Marina Mall, and was hosted by Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD). Among the attendees were former Ghana Black Stars footballers Sulley Muntari, Derrick Boateng, and Laryea Kingston, as well as top Ghanaian musician Reggie Rockstone and DJ Kofi.
The evening began with performances by emerging Ghanaian artists Akiyaana and Yaw Darling, who set the stage for Samini’s exceptional show.
The multiple award-winning artist, formerly known as Batman, delivered a captivating performance with the Groove House Band, leaving the audience thoroughly impressed.
Michael Ayenu Mensah, the renowned DJ known as DJ Mensah and the organizer of Live Konnect, expressed his excitement about the event, stating, “I’m thrilled to say that Live Konnect has far surpassed my original vision.
