The celebrated Ghanaian musician KiDi has spoken out about his dating life and the characteristics he values in a partner.
KiDi stated that he no longer considers physical attractiveness to be the sole quality in a possible spouse in a widely shared TikTok video.
The artist asserts that as a man gets older, he begins to value a woman’s heart and mind in addition to her appearance.

He said: “My type? As a man, when you grow up, looks and other things don’t matter as much. What matters is the girl’s heart and her mind. She has to be beautiful, but what matters most is her heart and her mind.”
Any male would be foolish to pursue a love relationship with a lady just on the basis of her appearance, KiDi continued.
“You are looking for someone you will live with forever, so if you choose a girl just because of her body, you will be found lacking,” he added.
