Kumawood actress Akyere Bruwaa has dismissed claims on social media purporting that she is dead.
Social media went rife with rumours that the talented actress, was involved in a vehicular accident which has led to her demise.
Akyere Bruwaa is a Ghanaian actress known for her remarkable performances in Ghana’s film industry, particularly in the Twi-language movie sector, popularly referred to as Kumawood.
In a video shared on her Instagram, Akyere Bruwaa condemned individuals who shared the fake rumours that she was dead.
In the said video she also vowed to take action against such misinformation in the future to serve as a deterrent to others.
Akyere Bruwaa thus further went on to add that such false claims has dire emotional impact on her fans and closed ones and can affect her career.
Expressing her anger towards those spreading false information, she prayed for the individual responsible for the rumours to encounter such experiences.
Akyere Bruwaa noted that she was thankful to her fans for coming to her defence.
