Promasidor Ghana (PGH), the producer of Cowbell powdered milk and other dairy and food seasoning products, has announced a 12-month calendar of activities to commemorate the 25th anniversary of its main brand, Cowbell.
The event, themed “25 years of nourishing Ghana with our creamy goodness”, commemorates Cowbell’s humble origins in 1999 and how it weathered economic storms to become a powerful Ghanaian food and beverage firm.
Festus Tettey, Managing Director of PGH, addressed team members and key partners during a jubilee thanksgiving ceremony, expressing sincere gratitude to personnel and consumers for helping to shape the brand.

“For as long as many Ghanaians can remember, Cowbell is that iconic brand that keeps supporting students, parents, children, workers and the general public with nutritious milk any day.
“From our humble beginnings in 1999 till date, we have grown exponentially in product lines and extensions. “On behalf of management, I express sincere thanks to past and present staff members for their diligence and commitment to ensuring continued innovation of our great brand.”
He added, “The jubilee celebration is not only a win for Cowbell and Promasidor but a win for our customers, distributors and all partners. We largely owe our success story to the continual support of the good people of Ghana.”
Abiodun Ayodeji, Commercial Director for PGH, recounted some of the events planned for the celebration, stating that PGH is even more ready to deliver excellent services and innovative food and beverage products, as well as embark on a series of developmental initiatives to give back to society.
