The Ministry of Education says its key findings following the JoyNews Documentary ‘Empty Plates’ trailer show nothing is amiss regarding food supply in Senior High Schools.
In a statement, the Ministry says it conducted a nationwide visitation and monitoring exercise with the media and found adequate food stocks, timely funds allocation and overall satisfaction with quality and quantity.
However, the ministry says it remains committed to addressing any ‘real anomaly found anywhere’ and providing adequate, quality and timely food supplies to senior high schools to ensure enhanced free senior high school education in the country.
The yet to be aired fully JoyNews Documentary ‘Empty Plates: The Free SHS Promise” highlighted inadequate and poor feeding in Senior High Schools.
Atlfmnews.com understands the documentary was driven by public interest journalism and has no political affiliation with an emphasis on presenting information that affects everyone.
