The Samini Xperience concert was first held in Accra two years ago, but this year it will be place in Kumasi on December 24 at the Ridge Condos’ forecourt.
Samini is joined on the Christmas Eve session by a number of artists, including Tinny, Jupitar, Kofi Jamar, Kweku Flick, King Paluta, and many more.
Samini’s manager, Mr. Yaw Beeko, told Graphic Showbiz that the Samini Xperience event had to travel to Kumasi so that Samini’s supporters could experience him as well.
“We decided to take the concert to Kumasi so that fans of Samini could also enjoy the experience. The first two editions where held in Accra and we felt it will be proper to take it to Oseikrom. Next year, we plan taking Samini Xperience to other regions so all his fans in the country can get up-close with him.

“The December 24 jam in Kumasi which will be emceed by radio personlity, Andy Dosty promises to be lit. With the supporting artistes bringing their unique talents on stage, fans can expect a diverse and electrifying musical experience” he added.
The event will be hosted by well-known radio personality Andy Dosty, who will make sure that everyone in the crowd is entertained and involved all night long.
Samini has released seven studio albums, all of which have achieved great success in the mainstream market. Linda, his debut hit, was the beginning of his fame and fortune.
Dankwasere, his 2004 debut studio album, spent weeks at the top of the local music charts.
He has performed on stage with international stars like Sean Paul, Akon, Kevin Little, Shaggy, Wayne Wonder, Damian Marley, Bennie Man, Jay-Z, Chaka Demus & Pliers, and Steel Pulse in addition to his fellow Ghanaians.
Among the hit songs performed by the 2006 MOBO Awards Best African Act are Sweet Mistake, Music, Obra, My Own, and Iskoki.
