The date for the presentation of the 2022 Budget Statement and Economic Policy of the government has been moved from November 15th to November 17th, 2021.
According to Andrew Asiamah Amoako, the Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament.
“Parliament is engaged in another equally important assignment on 15th of November and therefore, the budget will be read here on 17th of December 2021,” he said.
The Deputy Majority Leader, Alex Afenyo-Markin, had said that the House will begin budget discussion on Monday, November 22, and end on Friday, November 26, 2021.
