Champions League winners Chelsea reportedly remain in the race to sign Borussia Dortmund star Erling Braut Haaland this summer.
Blues boss Thomas Tuchel is keen to recruit a new centre-forward this summer and has identified the Norwegian international as one of his primary targets.
According to The Telegraph, Chelsea’s hierarchy are ‘intensely working’ on a deal to lure the 20-year-old to Stamford Bridge, though they are aware that finalising a transfer will be difficult this summer.

The report also claims that the Blues may decide to include Tammy Abraham in a potential player-plus-cash offer, as the forward is now considered surplus to requirements.
As well as Haaland, Chelsea have also been linked with Tottenham Hotspur talisman Harry Kane and former employee and Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku.
Haaland had an exceptional 2020-21 campaign in front of goal for Dortmund, scoring 41 goals and providing 12 assists in 41 appearances across all competitions.
