The Argentina international announced last summer that he was looking to leave Camp Nou, only for Barca to question the validity of a release clause in his contract.

However, The Mirror claims that the six-time Ballon d’Or winner is considering making a U-turn, with his stance changing over the past few weeks.
Barca may have been knocked out of the Champions League by Paris Saint-Germain, but they are unbeaten in 18 La Liga games – winning 15 of those – and are in the Copa del Rey final.
With the Catalan giants still on for a domestic double, and Joan Laporta succeeding Josep Maria Bartomeu as president earlier this month, Messi is said to be a lot happier.
Messi made his 768th outing for Barca in Sunday’s 6-1 win against Real Sociedad, taking him past fellow legend Xavi for the most appearances in the club’s history.
