The Kwahu Nkwatia Divisional Police Command is actively searching for three male students from Mpraeso Senior High School, located in the Kwahu South Municipality, in connection with the alleged rape of a female student on Sunday, October 13.
The three students are part of a group of eight reportedly involved in the assault. Currently, five of the suspects have been detained by the police and are set to face court proceedings. Efforts are ongoing to apprehend the remaining three individuals, who are still at large.

The victim has received medical attention, has been discharged from the hospital, and is now undergoing counseling for emotional support.
In the wake of the incident, the management of Mpraeso Senior High School has assured authorities of their full cooperation with the ongoing investigation. School officials have also stated that the situation is under control as they work closely with law enforcement to resolve the matter.
