Spokesperson of Aduana Stars, Evans Oppong popularly known as Maestro has revealed in an interview with Atl FM Sports that the Dormaa based club used 20billion Cedis to overhaul the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park before their encounter in CAF’s competition two seasons ago.

Aduana Stars, Formed in 1985 were officially crowned Ghana League champions for the 2016/2017 season as they  beat regional rivals, Berekum Chelsea 2-1 in a coronation match on Sunday, 5 November 2017 at their favorite grounds, Nana Agyemang Badu II Park in Dormaa.

Oppong Evans who speaks for the two times Ghana premier league champions is optimistic of their chances in Africa when given the nod.

“we put in twenty billion old Ghana cedis for total overhaul at our stadium .we did a modern anti-doping center which is a story building, we built two new stands for our supporters to increase the number to two thousand. We also built a modern press box and we gave our pitch to green grass technology for total work to be done on it . It all summed up to twenty billion old Ghana cedis.”
