In a dramatic turn of events, actor and director Justin Baldoni has launched a public website containing documents related to his ongoing legal battle with actress Blake Lively. The website, which went live on Saturday, comes just two days before the first court hearing in the highly publicized case, scheduled for Monday.
Baldoni and Lively, who starred together in the 2024 film “It Ends With Us,” have been embroiled in a bitter dispute following Lively’s accusations of sexual harassment against Baldoni.
Lively claims that Baldoni retaliated professionally after she made her allegations. Baldoni, however, has vehemently denied these accusations and asserts that Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, sought to damage his reputation and take over creative control of the film.

The newly launched website currently hosts two public documents that have already been filed in court: Baldoni’s amended $400 million complaint against Lively and Reynolds, and a 168-page “timeline of relevant events,” which was filed as an additional exhibit to Baldoni’s amended complaint.

“The decision to amend our lawsuit was a logical next step due to the overwhelming amount of new proof that has come to light,” Baldoni’s lawyer, Freedman, told CNN in a statement on Saturday.
it is reported that some media houses have reached out to representatives for Lively and Reynolds regarding the website, but no response has been received yet. Baldoni’s team maintains that they have “nothing to hide.”
Last month, Baldoni’s representatives released footage from a scene filmed for “It Ends With Us,” which they claim refutes some of Lively’s allegations. However, Lively’s lawyers argue that “every frame of the released footage corroborates, to the letter, what Ms. Lively described in Paragraph 48 of her Complaint.”

Lively’s legal team has requested media restrictions against Freedman to “ensure the proceedings in this court are not prejudiced by counsel’s conduct outside of the courtroom,” according to a letter they wrote to the judge last month. They have also indicated their intention to seek the dismissal of Baldoni’s case against them.
On Monday, lawyers representing both sides are set to appear in New York court for a hearing in the case. Neither Baldoni nor Lively are expected to be present, according to a source with knowledge of the planned proceeding. The trial is scheduled to take place in March 2026.
For those following this high-stakes legal drama, it is clear that the battle between Baldoni and Lively is far from over. Stay tuned for further developments as the case unfolds.
