Despite their continuous feud, Paul Okoye, one half of the well-known Nigerian music group P-Square, has stated that he wants to live in harmony with his twin brother, Peter Okoye (Mr. P).
“Even if we don’t do P-Square, can’t we be brothers?” Paul asked his brother in a moving Instagram live video. Can’t we just be brothers even if we’re not good musicians? It’s so awful that I don’t want to talk much.”
When Paul Okoye claimed that his twin brother, Peter, was attempting to have him detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the continuing P-Square story took a drastic turn. In a recent interview, Paul asserted this, intensifying the brothers’ conflict. In an open letter posted on social media, Peter reacted to the accusations, refuting them and expressing his genuine concern: learning the truth about Northside Music, a business purportedly owned by their elder brother Jude Okoye and his spouse Ifeoma.

In a live Instagram session, Jude Okoye discussed the matter and refuted Peter’s allegations that he stole millions of dollars in P-Square royalties.
Fans are disappointed by the public schism between the Okoye brothers because many had hoped for a long-term reconciliation following their 2017 breakup and 2021 temporary reunion.
Despite their professional differences, Paul continues to plead for togetherness, which underlines the emotional strain the rivalry has taken on the family. This is evident in his newest appeal.
