Joseph Aloba, the father of the late Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, also known as Mohbad, has made a public appeal for any woman who may have had a child with his late son to come forward.
In a recent viral video message, Joseph Aloba expressed his wish to confirm whether Mohbad had fathered any child or children during his lifetime.
He stated, “Any woman who has a child with Mohbad should please come forward. It would bring me great joy to know that my son Mohbad left behind a child and to meet my grandchild. All we need to do is a DNA test.”
This appeal comes in the midst of a controversy involving Mohbad’s widow, Wunmi, whom Joseph Aloba has been urging to agree to a DNA test to verify the paternity of her son, Liam, who is claimed to be Mohbad’s child.
