Asante Kotoko have confirmed that seven players are departing after reaching agreements to terminate their contracts. This announcement follows the release of eleven players, including captain Danlad Ibrahim, just a day earlier.
Among those leaving are Samuel Asamoah, Nanabayin Amoah, Isahaku Fiseini, and Rocky Dwamena, all opting to part ways with the club after the recent season concluded. Additionally, Richmond Opoku, Julius Ofori, and Ziggy Shadrack Addo are also exiting.

The former champions of the Ghana Premier League are undergoing a significant overhaul, with a total of 18 players leaving after a challenging season that saw them finish sixth and without any silverware.
Despite these departures, Asante Kotoko are actively engaged in negotiations with new players ahead of the upcoming transfer window. They are particularly interested in securing the services of Benjamin Asare, goalkeeper from Great Olympics, who tops their list of targets.
