Well-known Afrobeats musician from Nigeria, Davido, has expressed gratitude to his wife Chioma for supporting him through his dark days before becoming wealthy.
The billionaire businessman’s son, Davido, disclosed that he had known Chioma prior to becoming wealthy while appearing with Cindy Bruna, François-Henry Bennahmias, and Real Madrid star Aurelien Tchouameni in the most recent season of The Bridge in France.
Davido claims that Chioma has supported him through his darkest days and that he could not have chosen a better woman.
The musician disclosed on The Bridge that he dated his wife before he was wealthy.
Davido told the chat room about his “wealthy friend” who had everything he could ever want yet was still single.
Nonetheless, given that his father is a well-known billionaire in Nigeria, his remarks caused a stir on social media.

Recall that Chioma previously disclosed how he first met Davido at Babcock, their former school. Even though they first met in 2013, they were pals until 2015, when they subtly started dating.
“I met my wife before I had money and I was saying to myself if I didn’t meet her and now, I was single, It’s not going to be the same.
“Yeah it’s cool, all these people you see around me were there when I had nothing….I want the kind of people that see me as nothing and now they see me as something.”
