NDC flag bearer hopeful, Dr. Kwabena Duffour has withdrawn the injunction case he filed against the NDC primaries, giving way for the party’s presidential and parliamentary primaries to go on as scheduled.
A lawyer of the applicant, Opoku Amponsah told the High Court in Accra that “I have instructions to discontinue the case’ adding that “The discussion came up this morning for which reason I could not file the necessary processes”.
As such, the injunction case which sought to put on hold the party’s primaries until some alleged discrepancies were resolved has therefore been struck out.
