The Central Regional Police has arrested the boyfriend of the level 300 Cape Coast Technical University (CCTU) student found lifeless with genitals removed last Friday.
The arrest according to the police is to aid further investigations on the case.
The suspect Nicholas Ato Bronk Taylor is however expected to appear before the Cape Coast District Court B, on Tuesday, May 31.

The deceased, identified as Nana Ama Clarke, a Level 300 Marketing student of Cape Coast Technical University (CCTU)was on Friday, May 13, 2022, found dead in the night without her private part at OLA in Cape Coast.
The deceased, believed to be in her early twenties, was found lying supine along the road near the OLA Catholic Church by some residents.
The Police say they had information around 9 pm on Friday that a female adult was found lying dead by the roadside at OLA Estate near the OLA College of Education in Cape Coast.
According to the Police, they proceeded to the scene and found the body of an unknown person aged about 24 years lying naked with her private part cut off and bruises on the body.
According to an eyewitness who pleaded anonymity, they initially suspected a case of a hit-and-run motor accident but were later convinced it was a case of ritual murder when they found out that her genital had been removed.
The incident has shocked residents of the area, who are calling on the Police to ensure the perpetrators are apprehended and dealt with.
