In Saturday’s 1-0 Premier League victory over Luton at Old Trafford, both players were substituted off early, leaving manager Erik ten Hag shorthanded by eight first-team players.
The £72 million attacker Hojlund departed the field at the conclusion of the match due to a muscular ailment, and Eriksen, the midfielder, hurt his knee in the first half.
Eriksen’s one-month absence has now been confirmed by United, and the team is optimistic that Hojlund will be ready to return before the end of November.
Due to injuries, Man Utd already lacks Amad Diallo, Jonny Evans, Tyrell Malacia, Luke Shaw, Lisandro Martinez, and Luke Shaw.
Due to a disciplinary matter, Jadon Sancho is still in exile, while Aaron-Wan Bissaka, who recently returned from injury, was unable to play on Saturday due to illness.
When asked about Hojlund’s injury on Saturday, Ten Hag, who has been United’s leading scorer this season, replied, “At this time, I can’t say anything about it [Højlund’s injury] because I don’t know.”

“We do an assessment but have to wait for 24 hours to see what the conclusion is. Give them, the medical [team], 24 hours to see what the problem is, if there is a problem.”
Following the international break, United’s next league game is on November 26 when they visit Everton.
After that, there are games against Newcastle and Chelsea, then on December 17, there is a trip to Liverpool.
