The Central Region’s Police Command is offering a reward of 5,000.00 to anyone who offers “reliable” information leading to the arrest of four individuals suspected of robbing a man in Kotokuraba on Wednesday.
The robbers pursued a 73-year-old man from a bank where he had withdrawn huge sums of money to a shop where he intended to purchase building materials.
The victim, Mensavi Amuzuglo was wounded in the leg by robbers when they approached him for the money.
Irene Serwaa Oppong, the Command’s Public Relations Officer (PRO), stated during a news conference that the victim has been sent to the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital as investigations continue.
