Tarkwa based Medeama Sc beat Cape coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs by a goal to zero at the Robert Mensah Park in a Friendly game ahead of their CAF Champions League match against Horoya AC from Guinea.
Medeama made their mark late in the first half, netting a crucial goal from a free-kick, putting them ahead on the scoreboard. The first half saw Medeama as the dominant force on the pitch.
