Mark Addo, Vice President of the Ghana Football Association, was handed a nod to lead the new Black Stars Management Committee.
The association, run by former Asante Kotoko CEO Georgia Moaco, broke up after the Black Star was humiliated at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
“The Ghana Football Association’s executive council has appointed Vice President Mark Addo as chairman of the Black Star Management Committee,” the GFA posted on its website Wednesday.
‘Other members of the Committee are Kwasi Agyemang-Vice President, Samuel Osei Kuffuor, Kwame Ofosu Bamfo, Colonel Kwadwo Damoah (Rtd.), Alhaji Karim Grusah.
‘ The Management Committee is ultimately responsible for directing the activities of the team. Ensuring that it performs well and provides results, and oversees the activities of technical teams, medical teams, and athletics to ensure adherence to the principles, goals, and values of team creation.
New Committee We will also work with a newly formed technical team led by former Ghana International Otto Addo.
