Yaw Tog, the ‘Sore’ hitmaker, can finally say goodbye to the Senior High School space after finishing his last paper yesterday.
Yaw Tog has previously cautioned trolls who had the tendency of puncturing every enjoyable occasion with a ‘go-and-learn’ remark. And now, he can finally implement this, even though the next phase of learning is of a different nature.
Yaw Tag broke the mainstream market and captured thousands of hearts as a student with his drill recordings. And when he collaborated with Ghanaian-British rapper Stormzy and Kwesi Arthur, his sales skyrocketed.
This year, the young kumerican rapper also won two major awards. With “Sore,” he won the ‘Hip-Hop Song of the Year’ award at the 2021 3Music Awards and the “Best Hip-Pop Song of the Year” award at the 2021 Vodafone Ghana Awards.
Yaw Tog is also the first Ghanaian musician to get over a million streams on YouTube within three days of the debut of his music video.
