Constance Kisbour Mensah, 15, was reported missing on July 28, 2024, but has been located alive and in good health.
Her absence had raised concerns when she went missing after she was chastised for arriving home late from the barbershop.
Constance was apparently discovered on August 9, 2024, at the Kasoa station, with a lady who had supposedly been accommodating her.
The lady fled as Constance’s family approached.
A cadet trainer spotted her and contacted her school officials and the police about her whereabouts in an attempt to verify her claims that she is a dropout.

Constance first refused to be questioned at the police station, but subsequently revealed to a senior CID officer her reasons for escaping home.
She revealed that a classmate and a relative had convinced her to go to their hometown for a festival.
The classmate’s folks allegedly told Constance to keep the trip quiet, causing her to pack a few items and leave without permission.
When the intended journey did not happen, Constance wandered for days, fearing punishment, until she was taken in by the lady, who used her for her thrift (foos) business.
Constance has been reunited with her parents, as police continue to investigate the incident.
