Yul Edochie, a Nigerian actor, attended his first church service on Sunday following the debut of his True Salvation Ministry YouTube channel.
Yul presented the tale of his calling into ministry and how others had recognized his ability for God’s mission during the virtual service. He described how he came to fully accept his calling after being spared from a tragic vehicle accident on Ore Road.
He went on to say that the encounter brought him to a turning point when a voice prompted him to commit his life to serving God and people. He added that the disclosure marked the beginning of a “second life” separate from his previous adventures.
Although Yul had intended to begin with a physical church, he disclosed that he chose to begin modestly with the resources he has available thanks to God’s intervention.
He said partly, “As far back as 2012, 2013, I’ll meet a couple of men of God, pastors and they will always tell me that you are destined to be a minister of God, you can’t run away from it, you are going to be a minister.

“As time went by I started to hear the voice myself like anywhere I am, most of the time when I’m in an enclosed place, just me, I’ll be hearing that voice telling me you are going to work for God.”
Remember how Yul Edochie announced the opening of his Christian ministry, True Salvation Ministry, last week on Instagram? He will be posting sermons on YouTube.
