Ghanaian actor, Yaw Dabo has mentioned in a viral Instagram video that he admires the songs of Kofi Kinaata because it gets him emotional and also encourages him to serve God well.
Yaw Dabo, who was in a viral video on the social media web app, Instagram revealed that among all the musicians Kofi Kinaata had a unique way of appealing to his emotions even during church services.
According to the diminutive Ghanaian actor, he only plays Kofi Kinaata songs in his vehicle because of sometimes the therapeutic effects the song has on him.

In the video, the actor mentioned some songs he believes really inspires him.
“I will be very honest with you. In my car, you would only hear me play the songs of Kofi Kinaata. I won’t tell lies; in my car, I don’t listen to anyone’s song apart from Kofi Kinaata” he added.
He also mentioned that he gets emotional when he hears the songs of Kofi Kinaata.
“As for Kofi Kinaata, there are no two ways about it, he is a very good musician. He is the only musician whose songs gets me very emotional each time I listen to them. He was the one who sang, “Obi nya waye”(“Susuka”), “Thy Grace” . Ohh, the son of a charcoal seller also wears white apparel. That song really gets me emotional so each time it is performed at church, I often tell the wife our pastor to repeat that song for me during song ministration” he mentioned.
Samuel Nana Yaw Dabo is a Ghanaian comic actor in the Kumawood movie industry. He goes by the name Dabo or “Adwen Kessie”. It was initially difficult for Dabo to join the industry because of his size but was later introduced into the Kumawood movie industry by fellow actor Kwaku Manu.
