Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, born Terry Gene Bollea, has died at the age of 71 from acute myocardial infarction, commonly known as a heart attack, according to a cremation approval summary report released by the Pinellas County Medical Examiner’s Office and shared with CNN on Thursday.
The medical examiner’s office stated that no autopsy or physical examination was performed. Hogan’s primary care physician certified his death, which has been officially ruled as natural. Contributing factors listed in the report include a history of irregular heartbeat and blood cancer.

Hogan passed away last week in Florida after emergency responders were called to his home following a report of a cardiac arrest.
He was transported to Morton Plant Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Authorities from the Clearwater Police Department confirmed that there were no signs of foul play, although an investigation remains ongoing as part of standard procedure.
