A lawsuit has been filed against Vin Diesel for allegedly forcing himself on Asta Jonasson, his assistant during the Fast and Furious filming.
According to Jonasson, in 2010 she was brought on as assistant to Vin Diesel by the production company One Race Films while he was filming Fast 5 in Georgia.
In documents that TMZ was able to get, Jonasson claims that she was there in Vin’s suite at the St. Regis in Atlanta when he was entertaining a number of ladies.
According to her, Jonasson was assigned the duty of escorting Vin out of the hotel so as to evade photographers when the final woman departed.
However, she claims that while she was still in the suite, Diesel violently grabbed her, kissed her, and caressed her breast. Despite her attempts to resist, he allegedly persisted in putting himself on her.
According to Jonasson, the attack intensified when Diesel pinned her against the wall, grabbed her hand, and put it on his erect penis. He also allegedly tried to pull down her panties. She claims that after taking off his cargo shorts, Diesel was only wearing his underpants.

After Vin allegedly pulled down his panties and began to masturbate while still leaning on her, according to her, Jonasson claims she closed her eyes in an attempt to “dissociate” and get through the claimed ordeal.
He said, “No one can say s**t about Asta,” and he pulled up his shorts before leaving the room, according to her.
A few hours later, Samantha Vincent, the president of One Race and sister of Vin Diesel, allegedly called Jonasson and fired her, stating they were no longer in need of her assistance. In her lawsuit, Jonasson claims that she was let go as a result of her resistance to Diesel during the alleged attack.
judicial action
The lawsuit claims that Jonasson stayed silent for a long time due to fear of Diesel’s influence in Hollywood and her immigration status as a holder of a green card, but that she now feels empowered by the #MeToo movement.
She also mentions the Speak Out Act of California, which permits victims to report suspected sexual assaults up to 2009 in court.
She is suing for sexual battery, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment against Vin, his sister, and One Race Films.
