Popular Ghanaian actor and politician John Dumelo encourages people to improve their lives by making the greatest use of resources available, although acknowledging the current economic hardships.
Yesterday, on the 67th anniversary of Ghana’s independence, Dumelo—a businessman and large-scale farmer—emphasized the value of agriculture and unity among all citizens in creating a better future for the country.
In order to create “a prosperous future, where dreams are nurtured, obstacles are overcome, and hope is harvested,” Mr. Dumelo emphasized the importance of agriculture.
He said he was confident in Ghana’s ability to bounce back, calling it a country full of opportunities and hope.
