American comedian Dave Chappelle has created a short film/ documentary that gives viewers a glimpse inside his trip to Ghana.
The comedian traveled to Ghana for the inaugural Black Star Line Festival held in December.
He went on a tour to some parts of Ghana, stopping by the Cape Coast Castle to learn more about slavery.
At a private seminar, Chance The Rapper, who put together the Black Star Line Festival in Ghana, spoke alongside Dave Chappelle.
The comedian thanked Ghanaians in a video for welcoming African Americans who were visiting the nation and for doing so with open arms.
He said they had long desired to be closer to their roots and were incredibly grateful to be in Ghana.

Dave Chappelle referred to the event as a family reunion and thanked Chance and Vic Mensa for helping to organize the Black Star Line Festival, which brought him and other people to Ghana.
The documentary featured many more experiences that Dave Chappelle had while visiting Ghana.
