Psalm Adjeteyfio, often known as TT, a veteran actor, has passed on.
On Friday, April 8, 2022, his son, Nii Adjei Adjeteyfio, confirmed the news to citinewsroom.com.
According to Nii Adjei, his father was unconscious when one of his sons visited him on Friday, despite the fact that he was already suffering from diabetes and other diseases.
He said that they transported TT to a hospital in Dodowa, Shai Osudoku District, but the actor was confirmed dead on arrival.
TT is well-known for his performance in the hit television series ‘Taxi Driver.’
Adjeteyfio recently made headlines when he revealed his financial woes.
Psalm Adjateyfio stated that his poverty is the result of bad working circumstances during his active acting days.
He stated at the time that he needed GHS3,000 to clear his rent or he would be evicted from his current residence.
Mr. Adjeteyfio had stated that he was no longer getting acting gigs and that he was also not doing any active work at the time.
He said that his survival was dependent on the kindness of others.
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President, and others, including Greater Accra Regional Minister Henry Quartey, came to his aid.
Psalm Adjeteyfio, in addition to starring in ‘Taxi Driver,’ has also appeared in films such as Papa Lasisi Good Bicycle, American Boy, The Chosen One, The Scent of Danger, and A Stab in the Dark.
