During the global spelling B competition in Dubai, an eleven-year-old class 6 pupil from the University of Cape Coast Basic school, Master Angel Ankamah Arhin bagged an award making him the first African and for that matter Ghanaian pupil to win this prestigious award
Before bagging the award by placing 3rd in Dubai, Master Arhin won the inter-school tournament in Ghana and went on to represent Ghana at the international level.
He also took first position in the Africa zone
He was awarded prizes, a participation certificate, and medals.
