Fresh from graduating with a Second Class in Public Administration from GIMPA just a week earlier, Stonebwoy graced the festival’s Gold Stage on Saturday, August 3rd.
At the same event, Jamaican reggae legend Luciano also lauded Stonebwoy for his exceptional performance at the prestigious event.
Returning to one of Europe’s largest reggae festivals after eight years since his groundbreaking debut in 2016, Stonebwoy joined a lineup of reggae and Afrobeats heavyweights.
With over 50,000 fans at Geel’s Belse Bossen, the Ghanaian star delivered an electrifying hour-long set featuring hits like “Run Go,” “Ekelebe,” “Shuga,” “Everlasting,” “Into The Future,” “Your Body,” “Hero,” and “Activate,” cementing his status as a leading voice in African reggae.
Stonebwoy, has been a prominent figure in Ghanaian dancehall music, and has carved out a distinctive niche with his dynamic discography.
