Shatta Wale, a dancehall performer, is supposedly upset that his former “employee,” Bullgod, may have leaked the details of his upcoming album, and he is threatening to retaliate.
The ‘Ayoo’ hitmaker has given notice that he will explain what he claims happened in relation to the murder of late artiste manager Fennec Okyere.
Shatta Wale stated on Facebook that he is willing to tell any court what Bullgod informed him regarding the murder of Fennec Okyere.
He wrote “Bull Dog, since you are bringing out secrets, you will tell Ghanaians what happen to Fenicks (sic) Murder!! And I am not joking about this time!! I am ready to tell the court about what you told me about you and your men and how planned that foolish act, get ready. This Akufo Addo won’t give you a murder (sic) chance to be on our streets!!! Watch how this ends!!! You can’t fight time!!!”
This comes after Bullgod claimed to have released the list of artists that will be on Shatta Wale’s upcoming album ‘Gift of God’ (GOG) in their continuing feud.
Fennec Okyere, the manager of controversial musician Kwaw Kese, was murdered by unknown assailants on Thursday, March 13 at his Manet Gardens apartment on the Spintex Road in Accra. He died at the age of 31.
Bullgod, born Lawrence Nana Asiama Hanson, was apprehended by the Police Criminal Investigative Department (CID)after his death.
He was apprehended at Kokomlemle, an Accra suburb, as a suspect in the death of Fennec Okyere.
This was due to Bullgod (then known as Bulldog), who had a history of feuding with Fennec Okyere, allegedly threatening him in an interview.
Bullgod was charged with conspiracy to commit murder on the police charge sheet, but his plea was not taken.
Bullhaus Entertainment CEO was released from prison in 2017 after then-Attorney-General Gloria Akuffo stated that the state was no longer interested in prosecuting Bulldog for the alleged murder of Fennec Okyere.
Gloria Akuffo, the then-Attorney-General (AG), stated that the state was no longer interested in pursuing Lawrence Nana Asiama Hanson, aka Bulldog, for the alleged murder of Fennec Okyere.
This was stated in the Attorney General’s recommendation on the case docket.

Meanwhile, Bullgod has repeatedly denied any involvement in the murder of Fennec Okyere. He even said in a 2020 interview that the beef he had with the deceased was planned between them.
According to him, the jabs they targeted at one other were intended to promote their artists while simultaneously keeping them relevant as managers.
In a 2022 interview with Hitz FM, he maintained his innocence, saying that despite their differences, he never threatened Fennec Okyere.
