Jay Bahd has finally released his new music video for his hit song, “hate” which features the Landlord of African rap and Ghanaian music, Sarkodie.
Obviously without a shred of doubt, the month of May has been a month of beefs and diss songs after US based rappers, Drake, J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar.
The thread of diss followed after Sarkodie released “Brag” off his Championship mixtape that got Nigerian musician, Dremo formerly of Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) reply him.
Lyrical Joe and the likes of CJ Biggerman, Phrimpong and other rappers from Ghana took a dig at him.
In the wake of all these hot musical beefs, Jay Bahd and Sarkodie are currently trending on social media over what many people claim are shades thrown at Shatta Wale and TGMA on the song, “Heat”.
Jay Bahd and Sarkodie in Hate music video
In the song, Jay Bahd creates the impression that he is a protagonist hated by a lot of people especially in the music industry.
He goes on to make reference to claims that he is also a fraudster and that is why he is living a lavish lifestyle.
He thus cautions all his haters to keep mute and mind their own business.
Sarkodie amidst all the heat spoke about his prowess as the rap king and Landlord in Ghana; once again bragging about his achievements.
Many believe Sarkodie threw a shot at Shatta Wale by making reference to the constant tantrums Shatta Wale throws on social media against Sarkodie.
“People do not respect you as a result of your constant insults and jealousy no wonder your face presents you as an old man while you’re very young”.
A close link has been drawn to Shatta Wale because he is one of the artiste who loves the public spectacle and often comes out publicly to insult Sarkodie and other industry players.
Jay Bahd kills the moment when he also mentions that he doesn’t need awards to validate himself as a musician, because TGMA and VGMA are just schemes that seek to fraud people.
“V and T is just the same. It is only a fraudulent means to scam people” he explains.
