Harry Maguire has been rewarded for his efforts of late by being named as the Premier League Player of the Month for November.
The defender faced an uncertain future at Manchester United in the summer and was linked with a move to West Ham.
Maguire has proven key in the United back line and has made seven league starts, just one off last season’s full total of eight, three of those coming in November when Ten Hag’s side kept clean sheets in their victories over Fulham, Luton and Everton.
Maguire played every minute of each match and has been honoured as the Premier League’s Player of the Month as a result.

Maguire has certainly faced his critics since signing from Leicester in 2019 in a whopping £80million deal, a record fee for a defender.
Questions over his ability to be a key starter for United have been raised in recent seasons amid a series of poor performances that coincided with the club’s drop in the Premier League standings.
Ten Hag also opted to strip him of the captain’s armband in the summer and give it to Bruno Fernandes instead, but Maguire has clearly not let the demotion get the better of him.
United have won five of the seven Premier League matches in which the England international has started this season.
Sustained performances could see him remain as a starter for the rest of the campaign to continue what has been an impressive return to form.
