Popular porn star, Anna Beatrix Pereira Alves, also known as “Anna Polly,” tragically dies after falling from a hotel balcony in Nova Iguacu, Brazil, while filming a threesome scene for OnlyFans.
Images from the scene depict an investigator standing beside the white-sheet-covered body of the former vibrant pin-up model.
At the time of the incident, the 27-year-old was reportedly in the midst of filming an intimate scene with two men, who later provided conflicting statements to authorities, according to the report.

The two OnlyFans co-stars were questioned by local police and subsequently released, though investigators from the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit have not ruled out foul play.

Alves’ boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, who was not present during the tragic event, shared his grief on social media and expressed hope that authorities will uncover the truth behind her death.
“As time passes, the reality is sinking in, and the void in my heart is only growing,” Henrique wrote, as cited by the US Sun.
“If someone is responsible, justice will be served, and the culprit will be found,” he added.
An autopsy has been ordered to determine the exact cause of death, and investigators are reviewing CCTV footage as part of their inquiry, the US Sun reported.
“This is a complex case, and we are considering all possibilities, from an accident to potential foul play,” a spokesperson for the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit stated.
