The Police are on a manhunt for a gang of robbers who on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, attacked a cash collection post in Anyinase, close to Essiama in the western region.
The motorbike-riding bandits entered the cash collecting point’s premises on the pretense of conducting business, but they then attacked the employees and held them hostage before fleeing with an undisclosed sum of money.

A brief statement by the Police assured the victims and informed the general public that its intelligence unit will get the perpetrators arrested.
