At the 14th Ghana Entrepreneur and Corporate Executive Awards, Bice Osei-Kuffour, the Managing Director (MD) of the Ghana Post Company Limited, was named the Most Innovative Chief Executive Officer.
His creative leadership at the Ghana Post during the previous three years was recognized with this award.
“Under your leadership, Ghana Post has spearheaded innovation through Digital transformation, delivery of technological enhanced postal services, and your personal involvement in the delivery of customised gifts to notable personalities in the country on Valentine’s Day,” read a citation presented in his honour.
On Saturday, March 16, an event with the theme “Promoting Digital Entrepreneurship as a tool for sustainable Digital Economic Development” was conducted in Accra.
The Entrepreneurs Foundation of Ghana organized it with the goal of honoring and celebrating prosperous businesspeople, chief executive officers in the public sector, and entrepreneurs who have made a major and positive contribution to the economy, sustained business performance, and shown exceptional leadership in achieving notable success in their respective fields in recent years. Over 36 people received honors during the evening.
Maintaining Life
Following his award, Mr. Osei-Kuffour thanked the organizers for acknowledging his work in repositioning the Ghana Post.
He emphasized that his company was eager to capitalize on technology to the fullest extent possible.

In order to improve the business’s capabilities, he stated the company had implemented new inventions like the “Pick and Drop” delivery app, among others.
Furthermore, he stated that measures had been taken to use the workforce’s capabilities in order to establish the business as a frontrunner in its field.
“We are on the right path, the staff are motivated and the workforce is committed and that is what is turning the story around.
