The United States Embassy in Accra has formally moved to a new visa services provider, beginning yesterday, August 26, 2024.
The transition ends access to the old provider’s website and services, which were ended on August 16, 2024.
All existing nonimmigrant visa interview appointments are still valid under the new system. Applicants must now visit the new visa service provider’s website to register a user account. This account will be used to update DHL delivery preferences, examine account information, make adjustments, submit requests, and contact customer care. Those who have not received a response to expedited appointment requests by August 16 must resubmit them using the new platform.
Applicants who have paid the visa application fee but have yet to book an interview may do so using the new website, subject to appointment availability.
