The Northern Electricity Distribution Company (NEDCO) plans to launch its third phase of revenue mobilization on February 26, 2024.
Customers who are behind on their payments are the primary target of this activity. These customers include the government, state-owned businesses, Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs), as well as private organization.
To avoid humiliation and disconnections, NEDCO issued a statement in which it urged all customers who were behind on their payments to make payments as soon as possible.
Customers who are having issues with their bills should get in touch with the customer support center of the organization and provide the necessary evidence in order to seek solutions.
