Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cape Coast Prof Joseph Ghartey Ampiah and the Director of Physical Development and Estate Management of the same university, Mr. Philip Ntim Owusu have both been awarded a 2.3 million Cedis as compensation for defamation by the National Tribute Newspaper.
